So, you wouldn't expect this to come as much of a surprise to me, considering the ongoing count down, but here we are: I am apparently done with law school.

Three years; three very intense, long years. Apparently they have come to a close! I'm sure once it's sunk in, I'll have plenty to say about this. Until then, I had my last test last night from 4-7. The wait was agonizing, especially because I was oddly nervous about it - I think because it was the last one ever (leading into the bar, but again, this is a little different). It seemed momentous, so I dressed up for it:

including my NEW gold bracelet from my favorite aunties

And ribbon from gifts from my fabulous aunties!

My version of ruby slippers

Not sure it ultimately helped me excel in my final (brutally challenging) final, but it just seemed like the place that's shared such highs and lows with me deserved a final date with somebody halfway decent looking, after these months of complacency.

And, in other things too adorable-delightful-and-cute not to share, Andrew's dad sent him this for his birthday:

Wasn't Andrew a cute kid? Well, you know, second to me, of course. God we're so good looking, I'm amazed that IMG models hasn't tried to steal our DNA and breed super-model specimens for their evil purposes!

My congratulations.
Any large stretch of education deserves recognition. And a party. Hope you had yours :-)
